I’ve been in Tech since 2008.
Started out as a backend developer and over the years have gone through a significant journey, during which I mostly balanced between development, team management, and managing technical solutions and related processes.
I’ve worked in a bunch of roles: backend and frontend engineer, team lead, solution architect, and technology manager.
For the past 10+ years, I’ve been at a GameDev company that builds its own products, where I currently hold the position of Global AI Lead. My area of responsibility is implementing artificial intelligence on a global scale across all of the company’s studios.
Most of the companies I’ve worked with have been product-focused, so in this podcast, I tend to look at the Tech industry through the lens of product experience.

Started as an engineer: wrote code, built interfaces, made sense of logs. Progressed from developer to Senior Engineering Manager.
Most of my journey has been in outsourcing, where I learned how to juggle tech challenges with business goals, work with clients across the globe, ship complex products, and support teams through high-pressure moments.
I’ve been an engineer, a tech lead, and a solution architect. These days, I spearhead the JavaScript center of excellence and help engineers who want to grow but need a clearer path forward.
